RETURNS

We accept return requests within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Item(s) should be sent back within 5 working days of receipt of the prepaid label.

Item(s) must be intact: they must not have been worn or damaged, they must be clean and with all tags still attached, and include all original, undamaged packaging and any relative accessories received with the order or they may be refused.
Hemmed items, or altered items, may not be returned.

*On all orders placed by 22/12/2023, the return period has been extended until 31/01/2024.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 7 to 12 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 2 weeks to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.


EXCHANGES

We do not do direct exchanges. Please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order online.


RETURN COSTS

A return fee of €10/10£ will be applied. In case of faulty items no fees will be applied.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


RETURN SHIPMENTS

BD Baggies cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.


RETURN SHIPMENTS TRANSIT TIME

We receive returns at our warehouses usually in 7-14 business days.
Once arrived, any return is subject to quality assurance check.
